Tiny Titans – 6 week free introductory program (Under 5s)
Boys & Girls Tag to Tackle Program – 4 to 6 years
Boys & Girls Tackle Teams – 7 to 12 years
Girls Tag Teams – 6 years to Open Women’s, and Women’s Over 30’s
Male and Female Tackle Teams – 13 years to Open Men’s and Women’s
